Grampian Escapes and Tours

Customer Care and Wellbeing

Keeping everyone safe

We have missed our guests and we are looking forward to opening for tours soon. We updated our procedures to comply with current rules and guidelines because your health & wellbeing is important to us.

Customer care & wellbeing

Strategies for keeping everyone safe:

Clean

Vehicles and upholstery are cleaned at the end of every day.

Hands

Vehicles have handwashing stations or hand sanitizers. Please use these before entering the vehicle.

Private

Our tours are open to family groups or small groups of friends. We will not accept bookings of groups where guests do not know each other. Bookings will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.

Face

Wearing face coverings inside the vehicle is highly recommended as social distancing will be difficult.  Most of our journeys are short.

Plans

Tours will have some flexibility, not venues and attractions will be open or have availability. We will keep you informed of any changes, however plans may change at short notice.  If you have any questions, please contact us and we can discuss tour options.

Guide

The vehicle may have a clear screen/divide between the guide and the guests, or the driver may wear a face screen.

Grampian Escapes & Tours is “Good To Go!”

The “We’re Good To Go” scheme is an official UK mark to signal that we  have worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
