Craftsman Collaboration

At Grampian Escapes and Tours (GET), we are proud to work with local suppliers where possible and look to collaborate with likeminded individuals and groups as we believe that together we are better.

Therefore, we are especially happy to announce our teaming up with The Craftsman Company- our local coffee and Ale house. (https://thecraftsmancompany.com) The Craftsman, located on the corner of Market Street and Guild Street, has been open since July of 2017 and has been successful in establishing it’s unique offering in the Granite City.

“At The Craftsman we do a small number of things, but we do them well, with care and pride. We curate a selection of artisan coffees, craft beers, and simple but wholesome dishes within a café culture environment.”

“The segregation of coffee and beer has been long-standing in our city, but The Craftsman has set out to reunite these long-lost-lovers in an atmosphere which is unique to our brand. We are passionate about providing a city-centre platform to independent coffee and beer brewers; where their crafts can be experienced and enjoyed by fellow enthusiasts.”

Grampian Escapes and Tours will be teaming up with the staff at The Craftsman, to ensure you receive a warm welcome as we meet in the morning for a pre-tour briefing before setting off on our adventures. GET will be meeting at the Craftsman on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.

Start your day with a coffee, which has been roasted on site or a tea of choice while we get ready for our tour. At the end of the day, guests will be returned to the Craftsman so why not finish the day by sampling some of the region’s microbreweries available to wind down and start the evening right.

We look forward to a happy partnership with The Craftsman and welcoming you to our Granite City.
